Lesley Weymouth -Wilson
Lesley has developed her professional career within HR, holding Senior Management positions for large international recruitment companies and international executive search and boutique agencies. She has extensive Talent Acquisition and Search experience sourcing financial and technical candidates for major companies, government, and small and medium enterprises.
Lesley brings an informed insight and understanding of client organisational structures, business models, objectives and cultures, to identify and present candidates with the specialist and technical skillsets sought by clients.
She has delivered HR recruitment solutions and strategies in talent acquisition, retention and best practises. Managed performance objectives for individuals and organisations in business planning. Developed KPI’s for all levels, majority being in business development and sales. Ensured performance by providing coaching, mentoring and guidance to achieve organisational and individual objectives and targets. Managed Preferred Supplier Agreements, and written compliance and governance manuals.
Lesley’s professionalism and engagement are her hallmark, investing her expertise to source future leaders in response to the challenges of disruptive, digital markets, recognising that talent is the differentiator in transforming businesses and performance across organisations.

Peter Hanlon
Peter Hanlon is a principled innovative corporate professional, with a global track record of achievement in establishing new enterprise business and organisational structures. His extensive experience and engagement with Boards includes; Risk Directorships at European banks and as Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Melbourne and member of the Risk Committee, and presenting to and briefing Boards, including Barclays, Royal Bank of Scotland and National Australia Bank.
Peter plays key roles in setting enterprise agendas, goals and policies within his Board and Committee appointments, developing plans and budgets for approval, providing leadership and executing strategies, with a principled, creative, encompassing mindset and approach, to ensure timely and effective performance outcomes.
His expertise in risk management, introducing resilient governance, compliance and oversight systems, embedding integrity values and standards, recruiting talent and upskilling and mentoring teams, enables organisational change and the delivery of enterprise goals.
Peter has a wide- ranging external presence, speaking at conferences and workshops, authoring and contributing to the media, counselling on talent sourcing and recruitment, board and committee and selective advisory services.
EXPERT PRACTITIONERS
Tim Holland
Tim has a Bachelor of Law degree from ANU and a B.A.(Hons)History, and Dip Ed from the University of Melbourne. He has held senior management roles in areas of law enforcement and national security, working for the Australian Government, and in enforcing Australian Competition and Consumer Legislation against anti –competitive behaviours, with a secondment to ASIC.

Jeff Oughton
Jeff has an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Newcastle and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He has held senior roles working for the Reserve Bank of Australia, including within their New York Agency, and within National Australia Bank where he was Deputy Chief Group Economist, including a secondment as Chief Executive of the Australian Bankers’ Association.
