Lesley Weymouth -Wilson
Lesley has developed her professional career within HR, holding Senior Management positions for large international recruitment companies and international executive search and boutiques agencies.
She has extensive Talent Acquisition and Search experience sourcing financial and technical candidates for major companies, government, and small and medium enterprises, along with Account Management relationships with bank and telecoms.
Through Account Management, Lesley brings an informed insight and understanding of client organisational structures, business models, objectives and cultures, to identify and present candidates with the specialist and technical skillsets sought by clients.
Lesley’s personal commitment, professionalism and engagement is her hallmark, investing her expertise to source future leaders in response to the challenges of disruptive, digital markets, recognising that talent is the differentiator in transforming businesses and performance across organisations.

Peter Hanlon
Peter has a BSc (Econ) Honours degree from the London School of Economics, is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales, the UK Association of Corporate Treasurers and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
He has held senior executive positions, including Assistant Group Chief Accountant, Bank of Nova Scotia, and Group Treasurer at a FTSE 100 bank through floatation, MD Balance Sheet Management at Barclays, Board Member of French and Italian banks, with a last role as a GM Risk in the Leadership team at National Australia Bank.
In these roles, he sponsored and led major IT initiatives, including global pricing and budgetary reporting systems for UK banks and a global liquidity management reporting system and regulatory risk capital compliance system for an Australian bank.
He provides advisory services to Superfund’s, Banks, Mutual Banks and advocacy bodies on board strategy and direction, treasury resourcing, corporate governance and compliance, capital allocation, financing and liquidity management, market risk and performance management.
His experience and networks in North America and Europe result in him being contacted for roles meriting offshore executive talent.

Tim Holland
Tim has a Bachelor of Law degree from ANU and a B.A. (Hons)History, and Dip Ed from the University of Melbourne. He has held senior management roles in areas of law enforcement and national security, working for the Australian Government, and in enforcing Australian Competition and Consumer Legislation against anti–competitive behaviours, with a secondment to ASIC.
Tim led teams assessing the likely impacts on competitive activity of many high profile proposed mergers, requiring high level analytical skills, expertise in the contestability and conduct of markets, proficiency in commercial law and a deep understanding of corporate business models and performance, working within tight deadlines with conclusions frequently subject to challenge.
Throughout his career, he has had an outstanding record in recruiting, mentoring and leading teams that achieved strong outcomes.

Jeff Oughton
Jeff has an Honours degree in Economics from the University of Newcastle and a MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He has held senior roles working for the Reserve Bank of Australia, including within their New York Agency, and within National Australia Bank where he was Deputy Chief Group Economist, including a secondment as Chief Executive of the Australian Bankers’ Association.
Currently, he holds a number of board and advisory roles, including a Visiting Fellowship at the Applied Finance Centre of Macquarie University, a member of the advisory board of Victoria Leaders, a non-executive board member at BASScare, a Non–Executive Director of Giles Wade, a financial and family advisory office and a Principal in a Melbourne financial services team that has provided advisory services to Superfund’s, listed Banks, advocacy bodies and Mutual Banks.
Jeff has standout economic and financial research, modelling and forecasting skills. He provides outstanding macro-economic and financial perspectives to address practical challenges, with extensive experience in stress testing and enterprise risk governance.
Jeff is an accomplished mentor and presenter to boards and always displays high energy and enthusiasm leading teams as well as educating and advising stakeholders.
